How do I load my Fussy refill?
We've made Fussy really easy to use - simply remove the lid of your case and then the inner cap by squeezing the buttons on the side. Then drop in your refill, with the white casing left on, and pop the inner cap back on until it clicks. Just make sure you rewind your case all the way back down.

How do I change my order?
We can’t make changes to dispatched orders but if you send an email to hi@getfussy.com, we’ll do our best to help you.
How do subscriptions works?
Choose your refillable deodorant case and refills then we’ll send you 3 refills every 3 months for £15. We’ll send your first refill pack one month after your initial order but if you need to skip or delay order, you can.
You can also change your scents and delivery schedule to suit you.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping in the UK for our Subscribe & Save Starter Packs, for one case and one refill.
There is a £1.99 shipping fee for subscription orders for 3 refills.
The One-Off Purchase Pack, The Scent Pack and one-off orders for 3 refills have a £1.99 shipping fee.
EU shipping is £3 and outside of the EU is £4 for a standard order.
